Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Lane Biology Tutor website operated by Lane Biology Tutor.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Proprietary Rights
As between you and us, we own, solely and exclusively, all rights, title and interest in and to the Site, all the content (including, for example, audio, photographs, illustrations, graphics, other visuals, video and copy), software, code, data, and the look and feel, design and organization of the Site, and all materials and content related to our programs even if the materials or content are not accessed through the Site. Your use of the Site does not grant to you ownership of any content, software, code, data or materials you may access on the Site.
Payment and Renewal.
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Lane Biology Tutor the one-time, recurring or monthly subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Payments are not refundable.
Cancellation and Refunds
In the event that a Student wishes to cancel a Tutoring Session, he/she must notify the Tutor Kevin Lane at least two hours before the set appointment time to receive a full refund. If two hours´ notice is not served, he/she will be charged with 50% of the cost of the Session.
In the event that the Tutor Kevin Lane wishes to cancel a Session, the Tutor Kevin Lane must notify the Student at least two hours before the set appointment time and a full refund will be issued to the Student.
You can only ask for refund only, when the Tutor was not available during the time of appointment or could not complete the Tutoring Session for any reason. You can ask for a refund of fee within 72 hours of a missed Session from the Tutor. You will just need to provide details of the session and Immediate credit back will be given.
In the event that a scheduled Tutoring Session cannot take place due to a failure in the software or some other matter the responsibility of Lane Biology Tutor, the Tutor and the Student may agree to postpone the Session and undertake the relevant Tutoring Session at a mutually convenient time.
Lane Biology Tutor has the right to terminate or close your account for any reason at its sole discretion without any notice and without any liability.
Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for this Content and any violation of this Content could result in termination of subsequent tutoring Sessions.
Restricted and Prohibited Activities
You must treat your Tutor and/or other Students present in the Session with respect and refrain from using any abusive language or passing any remarks which may be classified as racist, homophobic, sexist or defamatory at all times. Failure to do so may result in termination of the Session and termination of the subsequent prepaid Sessions.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lane Biology Tutor
Lane Biology Tutor has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Lane Biology Tutor shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision of material is issued, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
